Google review removal

Removing Google reviews that break the rules

Not every negative review can be removed, and any firm that tells you otherwise is selling you something they cannot deliver. What we can do is identify the reviews that genuinely violate Google policy or the law, pursue their removal through the proper channels, and rebuild your rating around the ones that stay.

The honest scope

What has a real pathway, and what does not. We would rather set this out before you pay.

What can usually be removed
  • Reviews from people who were never customers
  • Fake reviews and coordinated review attacks
  • Reviews containing profanity, hate speech, or harassment
  • Reviews that disclose private or personal information
  • Conflict-of-interest reviews posted by competitors
  • Off-topic reviews about a different business or location
  • Content already found defamatory by a court
What cannot, and why we say so
  • Honest negative reviews from real customers
  • Fair criticism you simply disagree with
  • Reviews that are unflattering but truthful
  • Anything removed on demand or on a fixed date

We would rather tell you this before you pay than after. Any firm promising to delete lawful, truthful content is either misleading you or planning something that puts you at risk.

How the work runs

01

Audit

We pull every review across your profiles and flag the ones with a genuine policy or legal basis for removal.

02

Escalate

We file and pursue each flagged review through the correct channel, with the documentation that gives it the best chance.

03

Rebuild

While removals run, we build a steady flow of legitimate reviews so your rating recovers regardless of outcome.

What it costs

How removal pricing works
From$599per successful removal

You pay when the content comes down. If we cannot remove it, you do not pay for the removal. That is how we have priced this work since 2018, and it is why we tell you upfront when something is not removable.

What moves the price up or down

  • Which platform hosts it, and how its process works
  • Whether there is a clear policy breach or a legal route
  • How many items are involved
  • How well documented the case already is
  • Whether the content has been syndicated elsewhere
  • How urgent it is

Suppression and ongoing monitoring are scoped separately, because that is continuing work rather than a single outcome.

Handled confidentially. We will not contact anyone else about your situation, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think we can help.

Received, and it is confidential.

We will review your situation and come back to you privately, usually within one business day and same day for anything urgent.

Common questions

How many reviews can you actually get removed?

It depends entirely on how many violate policy. In some cases most of a review attack comes down. In others, very little qualifies. We tell you which is which after the audit, before you commit.

How long does it take?

Platform review typically takes days to several weeks per item, and outcomes are not guaranteed. We report on every submission either way.
