Written plainly, because a guarantee with vague terms is not a guarantee. Everything below is agreed with you in writing before any work starts.
Summary for clarity. Your signed engagement letter is the governing document.
A verified Google Business Profile in an eligible category, a defined service region, and no active suspension. We assess your market before taking the engagement and we decline it if we do not believe top three is winnable.
One target keyword, agreed in writing before work begins. It must be commercially relevant to your business and realistic for your category and region. Additional keywords can be added as separate engagements.
A geographic region agreed with you upfront, centred on your business and sized to your actual service area.
Local rank changes with the searcher’s physical location, so a single check from one spot proves nothing. We measure on a grid laid across your agreed region, either 5x5 (25 measurement points) or 10x10 (100 points) depending on the size of the area, using third-party grid rank tracking. You get the grid report monthly, so you can see the whole picture rather than take our word for it.
Ranking in the local three-pack for the agreed keyword at the majority of grid points across the agreed grid, measured at the end of the window.
Ninety days from the engagement start date, not from the contract date.
If we miss it, we refund the fees you paid for the Maps engagement in full.
No access to your Google profile is required. We do need you to accept review requests going out to your customers, respond to occasional information requests, and avoid conflicting changes to your listing during the engagement. If those are blocked, the guarantee does not apply.
No GPS or location spoofing, no click-through manipulation, no fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names, and nothing else that breaches Google’s terms. Those tactics can move a pin briefly and can also get a profile suspended, and a suspended profile ranks nowhere.
